The oceanfront estate at 20 Hui Road E was auctioned on 1/17/12. The winning bid was $4,075,000 (this do not include the 10% bidder’s premium). This equates to $719 $ per living square feet.
Ray was present and participated in the bidding process for a client who was available via phone. The event started approximately 11:15 am and latest less than an hour. There were a handful of bidders with the opening bid starting at $1,000,000. Bidding stagnation started in the mid $3,500,000 range. The winning bidder is a current owner of Maui property.
